WOW PET ANGELS

Daring Darling Dhango Todd

Django came from a severe hoarding situation in Israel.

At the shelter I told them to show me the craziest dogs, the ones that nobody else wanted. He was crazy, but it was my kind of crazy.

It took him over 3 weeks to feel comfortable enough to let us pet him. He had never ever been the inside a house before and was afraid to enter one.

He loved our homemade doggy Pizza and loved to run along the water and be free.

He loved playing with his other brothers and sisters.

However, he wasn't the most patient dog especially if he saw something that he really, really wanted like that pizza. Or if he wanted to chase the ducks in the nearby water.

Django liked to start his day early. the very first thing he liked to do was jump into bed with me for his first morning cuddles. when I did my morning meditation while petting him, of course he was very patient but would always let me know when he had had enough of that and it was time for us to do our morning yoga then go for a walk. In my tribute video below I both celebrate all the things he brought into my life and what I miss too.

When Django was near the end, I asked a friend how can you have pets and then watch them die. He reminded me that first you get to watch them live and Django, once feeling safe and loved really lived.
